New Client Special

Service Description

This special incudes stylist shopping up two looks for client as well as delivering the items to the client. Depending on where the client is located, there could be a small travel fee. Since the client is new, it is best for new clients to be present the day of, however it is not mandatory for the client to be present. Client is responsible for handling their own refunds and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation/Re-schedule requests must be made at least 5 days in advance. All deposits are non-refundable as well as non-transferrable. Once a new appointment is booked, a new deposit is required. No call No shows will be charged a $200 inconvience fee and will be required to pay next booking in full if re-booked. In some cases Stylist may allow stylee to transfer deposit only once. Keep in mind this is NOT guaranteed. Stylist will handle on a case by case scenerio.
