Do you have a wait-list? How long do I have to wait for my first appointment?​
At this current time there is not a wait list. However, I highly recommend booking all the sessions you anticipate needing right away. For first time clients, consultations are highly recommended and maybe required depending on the booking.
Where does the consultation take place?
Most often, the consultation takes place in the client’s home as it is very convenient and my goal is to always provide a stress free experience. Client does have the option to opt in for a phone or Video consultation instead. Consultations will last a total of one hour.
How far do you travel? And do you have a travel fee?
I will travel as far as needed.For travel by car 1-hour or more away, my hourly rate goes into effect. Simply give me your address when you e-mail me to find out the travel fee.
For travel by plane, I only require reimbursement of airfare and hotel stay. You do not need to pay for my travel time.
Can I text you?
Yes, texting me is completely fine should you have any questions, However, I do request that you contact me via email first.
Do you do Virtual Styling?
Yes, due to Covid-19 I have made this service available. Virtual Styling will be done via Face Time and will last for one hour. Customer is allowed to book multiple sessions if needed.
How soon do I need to pay my deposit?
All deposits must be paid with in 24 hours , If deposit is not paid with in proper time frame, Booking will be canceled
What is your shipping and return policy?
All shipping is priority and should arrive between 2-3 business days. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing time. There are no refunds or exchanges on all thrifted items and accessories . These items are considered final sale.
